I keep getting this popup about every 10 minutes. I tried clearing the cash, restarting, updatiing both AVG and Firefox. Nothing comes up in a Google search, and Chat GPT has nothing on it either.
Is it safe, can I white list it? If not what is it and how do I get it to stop?
AVG has blocked access to that malicious web page. To stop the pop-up being repeated, either take up the invitation to upgrade or click on More Options and select whichever option you want.

I had something very similar to that although it was in Google Chrome. Malwarebytes was the first one to catch it and it would just stop me from sending it through which is a good thing it did because it was a very sensitive account. It was trying to redirect through a browser helper and it would send it to some numbered account with a foreign IP location.
I agree with @John_Woodgate AVG has done its job looks like you’ve got malware on your device. don’t ignore it.
