These steps finally worrked and AntiTrack is running without problems.
AntiTrack reports that I have 2,677 tracks in my Chrome Browser - can I safely delete these or will that cause problems??
Hi James,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know what happens exactly while accessing the account. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. Also, let us know the browser in which you're experiencing the issue.
Meanwhile, please try to access the Verizon account in a different browser to check.
After installing AVG AntiTrack, I am not able to login to my verizon account - even after entering it on the Cookie Whitelist Exclusions. If there's no remedy, I'll need to cancel my subscription and uninstall the AntiTrack. I'm sure there's a solution!!

Thank you for the confirmation.
We are glad to now that your issue has been resolved.
Deleting the tracks reported by AVG AntiTrack wont affect your files. However, it will clear the cookies and caches in your browser.
Let us know, if you need further help.
I tried replying to your mail and attached copies of what was happening. However, a reply came back that you "were not able to identify your email properly".
Problem shows as: "This site can't be reached"… I can no longer logon to my verizon account whether using chrome or Edge browsers. AVG AntiTrack refuses to load them - probably because cookies are created!
I've also found I can't logon to my Citi Master Card bank account. It appears I may need to uninstall AntiTrack!
