We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and "Run" the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Ive been trying to download the AVG pro now for the past hour! and once it gets to the restart your computer part it starts to tell me download didnt complete. Now the error code it is giving me is 0xcoo70643 and when ive googled this it tells me that there is another anti-virus system blocking AVG but i am trying to download AVG on a brand new computer so there is no previous anti-virus system.
Are there any other ways to get rid of this????
