Can not open up AVG pc tuneup after I installed

I installed AVG pc tuneup earlier this week and now I can't open the program up.  How do I open it up to get it off of turbo mode and get it back on standard.

Secondly I keep getting this notice that I need to purchase AVG pc tuneup and I purchased it on Aug. 6th.  Why are they telling me that my trial ends today and I need to purchase this again?

Reinstall http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance AVG Tuneup and activate it using your AVG My Account email address & password.
