Can not remove AVG from PC

Finally got AVG out of my PC for a reload.
Had to go to "Administativy tools" and under that "Services" and deactivate AVG.
Then was able to remove AVG.

I may reload AVG at a later time, but right now I am tring a free copy of "Avira".
