Again can´t load my VPN Subscription. Again 7 Days. No way to get respnse from "I have a subscription" and a posibility to get my Licence number in!!

Hi all, can´t load AVG VPN security on my new computer. Subscription is for 1 (one) year for 5 (five) devises. Getting 7 days trial. This is goes on for weeks now.
.They want me to buy agaiin. Expire is March 2021.
