Can the driver update suggestions be relied on?

AVG suggest a lot of driver updates. None of them is suggested or even mentioned on Lenovos web-site. Niether on Intels.
Why is that?
Can these suggestions be relied on?

I had issues with bluetooth connectivity with My Sony Music system from my MiniPC and tried a lot of troubleshoot with no luck.

AVG Driver update suggested few and accepting the recommended updates my connectivity issue resolved.

I don’t see any unwanted recommendation from AVG driver update.

I am thankful to this awesome software and have trust on AVG (since 2004).
