Can you understand the people on their phone support?

I just spent 15 minutes waiting for phone support to answer.  Then I got a person probably in India. 
I couldn't understand about 50% of what she said and she would talk over me when I was trying to explain the issue.  I had to give up, and remember, I had already waited 15 minutes (not an exageration I have an Iphone and verified it) so I don't give up easily.  What kind of support have you all had with them?
