I would like to cancel my AVG subscription. Unfortunately, I missed the date to do this before the renewal happened (and I fail to understand why a company needs to take my money a month before they provide the service - but thats a digression).
I went online and followed the instructions as I understood them, however, that has only cancelled my subscription renewal for 2025, NOT the one that is about to start in a few weeks.
I want to cancel that one - the one that is due to renew in November 2024.
I have also tried calling the 24/7 helpline half a dozen times today - but neither mine or my wifes calls can connect.
So I hope someone from AVG can confirm that my cancellation will happen immediately, and that I will get a full refund. I am well within the 30 day period - I only recieved the email about renewal on the 13th October.
