Hello Greg,

I understand that you wish to cancel automatic renewal from your AVG MyAccount. I have checked your account and see that you do not have automatic renewal enabled in your account. It is already cancelled. The AVG Internet Security Unlimited you have in your account will expire on 2017.11.25.
