You would renew my  protection  automaticly for 10 computers, but I have only 1 computer and that is enough. I have nothing ordered  on the 12 th of Junie 2019 I just passed from Free version to Pro at 19.99 euros , and now you like to renew for 89.99 euros !! Are you mad ? I can download the Pro version, full protection from internet at  19,99 euros, just like last year. I don't need your interference and besides taking money of the account of your customers that is steling ! It is forbidden without our consent !!! If you do I go to the police !
You may cancel this  license you can't find. I would get rid of your AVG Internet Security. I am sick of it with all your pop ups, all the mails to buy other programms. I don't use them anymore as I have a new one not AVG (you are only 9  on the 10 best virusprogramms)
I also bought Tune up at a decent price. I will cancel this too from my computer as I have an identic programm who does the same  as yours and they do what they have to do and leave me alone without popups who told me that I am living in Brussels, in Alost, in Namur in the Pinte etc… all wrong. If hackers want to know where I live they have only to go to my Facebook to know where I really live. It is not your programm that will find out. And what does it matter that they know my ID and place where I live ? I just don't care. Nobody has bothered  me since years, no body looks for my ID and address, I have never virus, no malware everytime I scan. And you never found one. So I say goodbye and forget me. I don't need any AVG programm in the future. Kindly good bye ! Solange
