Cancel AVG subscription/account

I posted an enquiry here on 23/9/2024 about my subscription that does not seem to exist on the AVG website. I get the following message "No subscriptions here yet... But that can be changed!" after which any attempt at getting something done (in my case updating my banking details for my upcoming annual payment) sends you from one link to another to another to another etc, none of which can help you do something which should be quite easy. 
I received a noreply email from AVG Support Community (noreply@help.avg.com) stating amongst other things "We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out." and referred me to https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat?l=en where, guess what, I found myself once more going from one link to another to another to another etc, none of which can help you do something which should be quite easy.
Reading through the posts here on Support Community this seems to be the standard answer!
The root of the problem in my case seems to be the "No subscriptions here yet". They can't find my subscription thus they cannot find any data about my subscription thus they cannot enable me to update anything.
After days of clicking on almost all the links on the AVG website without getting anything anywhere to update my banking details I've had enough. Problem is, I can't unsubscribe/cancel because AVG can't find my subscription.
All I can do, it seems, is to state it loud and clear here in the Support Community that I'm leaving AVG. I'll use the money waiting in my bank account for my annual payment of my non-existant AVG subscription to buy an anti-virus product from one of your competitors. I hereby ask AVG to note that, because of the reason(s) listed above I am cancelling/unsubscribing from my (non-existant) subscription/account at AVG.

Thank you AVG for the years since 2016 but I have had enough.
