Cancel free avg and secure vpn

Hi Aaron,

We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG subscription.  
However, upon checking our records, we see that the automatic renewal on your account is already disabled.

I got free AVG and VPN. Free trials will expire in 1 day, then charges start. How do I cancel these before I am charged money?
