I requested a free trial for the wrong service and have been trying to cancel for the last 45 minutes, AVG appears to make it very difficult to do this and feels very deceitful and is annoying beyond belief. Even your email bounces back undelivered and following your instruction sent in email on sign up might as well be written in Swahili
