Please cancel my AVG renewal and do not take further subscriptions from my credit card. I am shocked at how difficult it is to cancel and to get access to the accounts area of AVG.com necessitating a public post to request this. I am also surprised at your reserving the right to deduct ever increasing and changing premiums. I am checking this out with a consumer rights organisation and will be using a different anti-virus software from now on.
