I have been trying to cancel my subscription which I thought I had done several months ago. I received an email stating that my subscription was renewed and I was charged $89.95 or something like that for my subscription, that I don't want and I thought I had cancelled! The avg site is definitely not very user friendly, and it is very frustrating. Mary Weyer
