My avg anti virus software subscription renewed itself instantly, letting me pay 90 dollars for a whole year. I never wanted any of this and i want to cancel my subscription. It seems im elligible for 30 days to ask for a refund, but you guys make it insanely difficult for a person to just simply get a refund and cancel his/her subscription! Really customer unfriendly.
I have been trying to contact your company but i simply dont have a clue how to. There are no email addresses. Multiple times i tried to apply for a refund: got a case number but i never been contacted. All in all my 30 days period elligible for refund is already expired. I still just want my money back!
Also: when trying to contact you by support; you provide Uk, usa phone numbers to call to. I am in The Netherlands.. Isnt there just a email? Really fed up with this company, never buying any of your products again. Make sure this gets dealt with and get me a refund.
