I cannot cancel my subscription, I've already read the tutorials but when I tried to cancel with my e-mail, a messagge with an error appears. When I tried from my AVG account there is no cancel options anywhere. I don´t want to continue with the service nor to pay an automatic charge on my debit card, a few days ago I received an e-mail telling me that the card rejected one charge. What can I do?
