Cancel subscription tune up

Hi Steve,

We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the TuneUp subscription.
However, as requested, we've disabled the automatic renewal & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Hence, the license will not be renewed & will expire on Sep 6, 2020.
If you reconsider & let us know what happens exactly while accessing TuneUp, we'll be able to help you with it.

hi , I have been unable to use the tune up kit and wish to stop any subscription and uninstall- I cannot find any way to cancel this- what am I doing wrong?
