Since the auto-renewal was enabled, you have been charged automatically.

Let us know if you are requesting refund for the same.

I would like to cancel the subscription but can't find any information about how to do it. I meant to end this service, but had no warning but a mail that the fee had been paid from Paypal. Can you help me?
