Cancel subscription

I was recently charged $97.64 for a renewal.  I did not authorize this and want a refund.  I never received notice of this and thought this was cancelled a year ago.

We've sent pre-billing notification email prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 4/22/19).
