Hi Trairat,

We acknowledge your refund request.
This charge took place only because of the autorenewal which is a part of T&C which you agreed while purchasing last year.
Our system did send pre billing email reminders which also had the steps to stop the autorenewal.

However, I have initiated the refund amount (USD 96.29) for your AVG Secure VPN
The refund will be returned to the payment method used to make your purchase within 5 business days.
