We could see that you have recently bought AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 Year) subscription on 9th June 2019 for JPY4,788.00.
The existing tuneup subscription is AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license which can be used on one windows computer and it is valid till 1st July 2020.
Do you confirm to get refund for recent purchase and keep using AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license?

I'm a bit comfused what I bought and what I should keep/cancel.

I purchase AVG tuneup by mistake.
I have already purchased multi-subscription before, but I forget about it.
Then purchase single subscription again today.

So I would like to cancel my order.

Please advice me how to do it.
