Last October 15th I received an e-mail informing "your subscription to AVG Ultimate will continue – you don’t need to do anything. Your next subscription period starts on November 22, 2017 and fifteen days before this date, we’ll charge your original payment method 219.99 BRL."
I want to CANCELL this subscription, but MyAccount informs:"You don´t have any signature"
How can I be sure that there is no subscription to be renewed if I received an e-mail informing that on November 22, 2017 starts a new subscription period?
