Hi,
I have just received a bill and have paid it via Barclaycard auto renewal for the value of £64.99. I would like to ask for a cancellation and refund as I no longer have a machine with AVG product.
I believe I cancelled this last year and I have still been billed. I do not have a product code, licence agreement (record) or serial key.
The computer I did have the AVG software on has destroyed itself and also my original email address from initial sign up is no longer in use and has not been for a few years.
Can you help?
