Has anyone else had problems trying to contact support or tried the links you’re directed to to cancel and ask for a refund? I cancelled my subscription months ago but they have still taken my money (which was actually my electricity bill as I wasn’t expecting the money to be taken). I have tried using g the links on the website but they don’t work, tried calling but the line just goes dead and also tried emailing but just get sent back to the website to join the loop again. It’s so frustrating. Can anyone tell me how I can get off this merry go round please?
