Cancellation and waiting on phone

I have been waiting well over an hour on the phone. This is very poor service. I have been trying to cancel my subscription and remove my payment information. For some reason I do not have an option online and I am forced to call in. This feels like a tactic by this company to keep your money.

After waiting well over an hour some picked up - took my email address than didnt say anything further and hung up. This very bad and I am highly disappointed
