I received an email confirming my cancellation of this product yet you have still charged me. Please refund monies immediateley. I am now unemployed and cannot afford this product. I expect this to be actioned immediately as I may well go overdrawn at my bank, in which case I will ask the ban bill you the cost of any overdraft charges as I explicitly cancelled this before the end of the contract
