I was notified recently of a payment that has been taken from my bank account for AVG. I have never heard of AVG and don’t remember signing up for any products. I have tried to cancel my subscription on my account (which I don’t recall setting up) but no subscriptions are shown - so there is no option to cancel. I tried logging a request for assistance and a phone number was given but no-one answered when I called. Can anyone help/make any suggestions please?!
