I have a subscription for AVG antivirus that I didn't ask for. I've tried contacting AVG on several occasions with no response. I cannot have this payment come out of my account (£68 appx on the 16th Nov). I've tried cancelling the subscription but it does not appear in 'My Subscriptions' and also trying to remove my card from the payment centre but I get an error when I click 'update' saying "sorry there was a glitch please try again later". Is there anything else I can try to stop the payment coming out? I'm anxious that time is running out.
