Cancellation of trial subscription

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
There is an ongoing issue with the 'Unsubscribe' option that is available in AVG account.
We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the trial subscriptions.
However, we've cancelled the subscriptions (automatic renewal) from our end & email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Hence, the trial subscriptions will not be renewed & will expire on 2019.7.20. For further queries, feel free to write back to us.

I've tried to unsubscribe on my account but it won't let me , as it says theres a technicle fault . Its for 2 trials avg security and vpn,  how do I cancel them please
