Trying to contact your company by simple methods seems to be nigh on impossible other than by letter or knocking on the door. You have sent me an email informing me of renewal of Tune Up and its expiry is August but when I log onto your website it says November. Best I just cancel everything and renew on an ad hoc basis cannot be done with all this gobbledegook of trying to solve a simple request. Appreciated
