I am finding it impossible to cancel AVG Internet Security Protection which I paid by credit card 19.10.2024 after which I had to change to a new device which has alternative protection. The website simply sends me around in circles. I would like to request a refund but similarly find this impossible to do or confirm via avg website. Does anyone have a phone number or postal address or even email address? I found a phone number via internet but it did not work. I feel I’m being held to ransom…..
Please can someone who may have experienced similar difficulties off some advice?
