I was having the same issue. Contact the AVG business page on Facebook through Facebook messenger. I got my refund processed a few minutes ago since they actually answer you there, I’m going around the community posts to tell people since I was having the hardest time getting them to reply to me

Thanks for the advice. I’m been trying for THREE DAYS to get them to either respond to chat and I’ve literally been on hold for HOURS trying to talk to a human. I got charged for two subscriptions that I did not sign up for and it’s put me nearly $200 in the hole between that and and all the overdraft charges. My wife literally just got laid off too so this is horrible timing. I need my money back so I can buy food. I contacted them through Facebook just now but I don’t know what to do if they don’t respond there. This needs to be reconciled ASAP.
If the payment was through PayPal, you can file a dispute through them. If it’s a credit card unfortunately Facebook messenger is the best way.
It was through PayPal and I’m about to contact them because it’s been five days of no response from AVG. I’m so furious with them.
