Cancellation

Hi!

I would like to cancel my free trial but on the website under my account options I could’t find it. On the pc app it clearly shows, with the product key and next date of payment.

As I could easily find on this forum (which was down for the past few days) it seems a common issues. I find it really upsetting that the only way to find out how to proceed with the cancellation is by writing on a forum and hoping that someone could somehow help.

My Brother Norbert Loos died on 12.10.2024.
I have to clean up and follow all his private things. i need to stop the AVG abo, which he has never used before. pls refund the payed fee via his payPal account. Tks very much. Pls reply to hpl@bitel.net in the case you need more in formation.

Hi, I want to cancel my subscription but it doesn’t show in my account. Tried to contact AVG several times but no response on anything. Made several “tickets” and got the promise AVG will get back to me within 2 working days. I’ve been waiting for weeks now. So how can I cancel? Why doesn’t it show in my account? Please help me ! Thanks in advance.

I already cancelled the automatic payment on my PayPal account and I hope AVG would not try again without my permission.

It took me more than a month but I finally succeed. I wrote a message on Facebook messenger to AVG and the finally cancelled my free trial.
