Cancelled my subscription Last Year but AVG is still charging me

I had cancelled my subscription with AVG over a year ago but for some reason they kept on charging me, I then wrote and sent an email, seeking assistance with removing my details from their system because I am not using their product any more, the consultant said they have been removed but every month AVG is still stealing money from me. What is with this scam?

This sounds like a subscription for either Android or iOS devices - these are managed through Google Play or iTunes, and our agents cannot see if you successfully cancelled them. I am charged by AVG every month, I pay much more than requested. I can I be refunded ? MY ORDER HISTORY IS CANCELLED, I CANNOT SEE IT, THEREFORE I CANNOT REQUEST A REFUND. PICTURE

Hi Alberto, don’t worry, simply go to support.avg.com > contact options > refund > AVG software products > Get support. You may need to provide a proof of payment in order to be verified.

I had a situation where they charged me for one of their products and then charged me again about five months later. I queried it by e-mail but they didn’t even reply. I disuted the charge with paypal and they just replied saying the charge was justified, no explanation and nothing from AVG.

I tried, problem is my ORDER HISTORY is empty, so I cannot request the refund.
