Cancelling a subscription I don't have

I have been charged 69.99 € for a subscription I have never made, without any prior mail to advise me of such transaction (I have checked multiple mails and their spams, but beside this old, subscriptionless account I am not even SUBSCRIBED to any of your services).
The transaction took place on the 9th of May, 2022. I would like a full refund and all of my eventual subscriptions cancelled.
