Cancelling after free trial / renewal of agv security product

We weren't able to locate any charges on this account. It is 7 days till the free trial runs out and i'm charged for a full years of the product . I do not want the product but i can not find anywhere on the "my subscriptions" to unsubscribe. can someone tell me how to. THANK YOU.
