Have had the same problem, and was able to resolve it only by contacting AVG support. They were happy to help.

I am trying to cancel my automatic annual renewal but, when I open "My Subscription" as directed, it states that I have no subscription, even though I have a receipt for purchasing AVG Ultimate, which is valid until March 31 2017.
I also tried selecting the link in the e-mail (as directed by AVG) but, when I do, it simply takes me to a page that tells me I can cancel my subscription by using the link in the e-mail, in other words it just sends me round in a never ending circle. Can someone please help me before I disappear into a place where the sun doesn't shine?
