My free trail is coming to a end , I dont wish to take out the years subscription, How do I stop you from taking the renewel money, It doesnt show in my subscription to cancel?? Your customer service number doesnt ring just cuts me off! Your Q&A doesnt help, Why is it so difficult?

Hey! To stop renewal, you must cancel before the trial ends. If you signed up on the website, go to https://my.openai.com/account/billing. If you use the App Store or Google Play, cancel there. For help, use the chat at https://help.openai.com.
It’s also possible to ask the credit card bank to cancel the automatic avg subscription, right?
