I received an email saying that avg is going to automatically renew my account without my permission charged from my card as of Jan 14 can I get this cancelled and cancelled any further automatic renewal subscriptions? I'm telling u I want the subscriptions cancelled because it automatically will keep billing me from my account if I don't put a stop to it now. So please stop and cancelled my subscription on my free trail version . if I wanted or could afford the renewal I would have manually payed for it myselfe… Thanks.
