Cancelling my subscription

I am trying to cancel my subscription which they say will renew on January 18th.  I do not wish to continue this subscription and thought I had already cancelled this one time.  I do not want to be charged for anything from AVG AND no automatic renewals.  I have to find a phone number to talk to a person but cannot find one.  My email is [email address removed].  I need assurance that you are going to renew anything for me.  I don't use AVG anymore.  Please reply to my email and let me know these subscriptions are cancelled.
