Cancelling my subscription

I wish to cancel my subscription.  I tried when you reminded me but your site is not easy to use.  I feel the cost of the product is too expensive therefore please cancel and refund the amount to my account

We did send prior billing email notification about this process and the charge that is going to be taken.
You have cancelled the auto renewal service after this process.
Do you wish to get refund for the charge?
We could not see any subscription on this account that says that the charge will be renewed on 9th February 2020.

I have been trying to find a way to cancel my subscription.  It will be renewed on 2/9/2020 and I want it stopped.  Why, you ask?  Because the price doubled since I applied 2 months ago.  How do I stop the withdrawl from my account??

I tried to go to the sales chat addressyou emailed me. It does not work!!  It was also addressed to Lorraine. Why is it so difficult to cancel??
