I have AVG pc tuneup and I am following the link to cancel my subscription, from the email received. I do what I am instructed and click on my products and no product shows. How do I cancel my subscription? The link took me to a place that gave a warning- new upgrades can prevent my product from showing. However, I need my product to show in order to do the following:
- Once logged into the AVG MyAccount, click My Products at the top of the page.
- Click the arrow button next to your product to expand the product description, and then
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription in the pop-up to confirm the action.

The extension for the next period will be cancelled and you will not be billed further.
Please advice.
