Cancelling Subscription

I have AVG pc tuneup and I am following the link to cancel my subscription, from the email received. I do what I am instructed and click on my products and no product shows. How do I cancel my subscription? The link took me to a place that gave a warning- new upgrades can prevent my product from showing. However, I need my product to show in order to do the following:

  1. Once logged into the AVG MyAccount, click My Products at the top of the page.
  2. Click the arrow button next to your product to expand the product description, and then
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription in the pop-up to confirm the action.
  5. The extension for the next period will be cancelled and you will not be billed further.

    Please advice.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. As per your request, I have cancelled the automatic renewal for AVG PC TuneUp which will expire on 12/18/2017. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. Feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.
