Cancelling subscription

Hi Steven,

You've reached the AVG community support forum. We're sorry to hear that you feel that way.
First of all, we'd like to clarify that all AVG subscriptions are enrolled for auto-renewal by default, so that our customers can avoid any interruption to the service they've subscribed to.
If you overlooked to cancel auto-renewal for your subscriptions (which can be done from your AVG My Account website), you will keep getting charged for annual auto-renewals.
As it isn't advised to discuss personal/account related info here, we've sent you an email with further details. Please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email and use it to get back to us.
