I have sent an email for you to provide the possible email addresses, that you might have used at the time of AVG purchase, which will help us to locate your recent charge of AVG.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
I am unable to cancel subscription despite the fact that the phone for which it was purchased died before the end of the first year. Having assumed (foolishly) that the subscription would not be renewed, I was somewhat annoyed to discover that a further years payment had been removed from my account.
There does not seem to be any way of contacting this company other than by email. Twice I have gone down the chat route, the second time to be told that this was a problem that could only be solved by contacting a higher authority, whatever that means. Am feeling desperate. Please, could anybody help?
