I intended to cancel the renewal but it slipped my mind. I accept that was my fault but  would be grateful if you can cancel the charge as well.

Thank you very much. The refund has been received by Paypal.
I notice that on My Subscriptions, AVG Tuneup shows as 'Active' with a renewal date of 11Jan 2019.
Please confirm that this automatic renewal will not take place

I want to prevent auto renewal.of AVG Tuneup. I believe I should Unsubscribe but I can't find a button for that.
I'm logged in and can see the tuneup in Subscriptions on this PC.
Where else might it be?
