Kindly follow the below steps to change the location to a different server :
> Click Change on the main application screen
> Use the side menu to view all the servers in a specific continent, or servers that are optimized for streaming.
> Select a country. For countries that offer multiple cities, click the down arrow and select your preferred city.
> Click Change location to confirm the change.
>Your location now shows as the country and city that you selected.
Also we suggest to try changing to different VPN protocols:
Advanced users can customize the VPN protocol settings via ☰ Menu ▸ Settings ▸ VPN protocols. The following options are available:
Automatic (recommended): Where possible, AVG Secure VPN connects using the OpenVPN protocol. If connection via OpenVPN fails, the application automatically switches to the Mimic protocol.
Wire Guard: AVG Secure VPN always connects using Wire Guard.
Mimic: AVG Secure VPN always connects using the Mimic protocol. This is useful in countries with restrictions on VPN use, where OpenVPN may be blocked.
OpenVPN: AVG Secure VPN always connects using the OpenVPN protocol.

Running avg secure vpn but when on cannot access internet. Message includes this site cannot be reached. Server address could not be found. DNS probe finished bad config. Can someone help please ?
