May I know which AVG app are you trying to activate? Please copy and past the activation code as it is from the order confirmation email to avoid a typo.

I bought AVG Ultimate, received the activation code, but when I enter this code I receive the message "Activation code not valid". 

I sent 2 mails to support, 6 days ago,.... NO ANSWER !!!

It isn't recommended to share the license info over this post, Dominique.
We've resynchronized the license with your account. Now, please try to activate the program using the same code & let us know if it helps.
