Cannot activate my AVG PC Tuneup licence number. Have tried following instructions but still cannot

We see that you have multiple AVG PC TunUp subscriptions, you have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) that is active until 2019.12.20 and the other subscription is AVG PC TuneUp 2 computers (1 year) that was renewed recently and is good until 2019.10.18.

We also see you have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) that expires on 2019.6.4. We will merge all the above subscriptions into a single subscription as AVG Ultimate with extended subscription period.

So that you can utilize the subscription period of all these licenses. Once merging process is done, we will help you to activate your AVG subscriptions.

Thank you Vishnu for your response and I do think it would be a good idea to merge all my AVG products,  is it going to cost an exrta fee?  as I have paid sevral amount that have not been used yet.

I am facing similar issue on the my personal windows nt server of apkfield (https://apkfield.org/) can anyone help me here. After installation of the avg cursor is gone too.
